Braintree: New sensory garden opens to the public – BBC News
The new sensory garden in Manor Street, Braintree opened last month. WWA have been working closely alongside Kier and Braintree District Council on the £30m Victoria Square regeneration, specifically on the bus park and design of the Town Hall gardens (discussed in more detail here).
Our BIM manager and Senior Landscape Architect, Matt Bird was in attendance at the grand opening, having worked on the scheme to produce a design that is sympathetic to the surroundings, offers a peaceful place for visitors to sit, and is sensitive to people living with dementia.
