In an attempt to provide clarity on this issue, the Landscape Institute have published new guidance for assessing landscape value.

Sir Geoff Hurst School and Hawthorns Free School will be constructed on part of the former St Peter’s School site in Chelmsford. Wynne-Williams are members of a team assembled by contractor Net Zero Buildings to design and construct the two schools.
