Option appraisals | - Researching a range of development sites and advising on the landscape factors for each site. Ranking site and ranking recommendations |
Landscape conditions surveys | - Detailed survey of condition of landscape assets with recommendations for management |
Concept design and masterplanning | - Undertaking high level design studies to develop options for sites. Landscape masterplanning to provide clear strategic guidance and design - Integrated approach to masterplanning and experience of working as part of multidisciplinary masterplanning team |
Cost advice | - Provide cost estimates for projects at feasibility stage, detailed design and pre-tender - Cost advice during construction |
Detailed Design for Tender and Construction | - Hard and Soft landscape design for tender - Construction drawings and specifications to national building standards |
Sourcing contractors and tendering projects | - We will find the right contractors for the scale of the project - Tender procedures including price / quality assessment of contractors - Tender analysis and recommendation on contractor appointment |
Project management and contract administration | - Setting up and administering contracts - On site services – inspection and monitoring |
Ecological appraisal and design | - We can co-ordinate ecological appraisals, species surveys and advice for developments - Ecological assessment BREEAM |
Principal Designer role | - Our qualified staff have been trained on undertaking the duties of Principal Designer as defined by the 2015 Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations. This means we are able to offer this service in house |
3D design and BIM | - Our staff are trained on building information modelling (BIM) and (subject to current limitations of the software as it applies to landscape elements) we are able to fully integrate into multi-disciplinary design teams working this way |
