WWA Projects Win RIBA Awards
We are very proud to have been part of the design teams for three projects that have just won 2018 RIBA London regional awards.
We’ve worked on a series of projects at Sandringham Primary School, Newham over a ten-year period. The latest one is a playground for a new nursery and teaching block designed by architects Walters & Cohen. Our playground design adapts for different types of learning and provides for outside ‘messy’ play.
Grange and Charles Dickens Primary Schools are both on confined sites in Southwark. We were the landscape architects on design teams headed by architects Maccreanor Lavington which have delivered expansion and improvement projects at each. At Grange we redesigned the grounds following a programme of part-demolition and construction. At Charles Dickens new school buildings now sit on some of the original outdoor spaces so we designed a rooftop playground as a replacement.
