This year our office Christmas outing started with us being locked in a room having been given a one hour deadline for solving a problem. A bit like some days at work in a landscape architecture office perhaps – except for the locking in bit! This was Cluequest: a set of puzzles to be solved to complete a task and find how to unlock our room again. We all enjoyed it a lot, and the mental exercise gave us a healthy appetite for our Christmas meal that evening at the German Gymnasium restaurant near Kings Cross, London.
